How to Build Emotional Resilience

How do you become emotionally resilient?  I have to admit, it’s easier said than done.   Especially since we’re human;Which makes us emotional beings;Which means emotional rollercoasters happen. We fall in love and then become emotionally dependent.  Butterflies in your stomach, missing the person, feeling vulnerable or insecure.
